HR Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in a part-time role. This position will play a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating employee benefits, and leading recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive employee experience and ensuring HR operations run efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Offboarding

    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization

    • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time

    • Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access revocation, and final benefits coordination

  • Benefits Administration

    • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner

    • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

    • Develop and manage job postings to attract top talent

    • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of open positions

  • HR Support and Compliance

    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

    • Assist with creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation as needed

    • Support additional HR functions and projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and recruitment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent employee support

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
