HR Specialist (Part-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in a part-time role. This position will play a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating employee benefits, and leading recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive employee experience and ensuring HR operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and Offboarding
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access revocation, and final benefits coordination
Benefits Administration
Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Develop and manage job postings to attract top talent
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of open positions
HR Support and Compliance
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Assist with creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation as needed
Support additional HR functions and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and recruitment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent employee support
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
