Data Entry Specialist (Part-Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into the organization’s systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy
Verify and review data to ensure its integrity and completeness
Perform regular audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness for reports and projects
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or office administration is a plus
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
