Client Navigation
Client Navigators help with many aspects of recovery for those impacted by disaster. Many of the most vulnerable in our communities do not have the necessary information about resources available. They often do not have access to technology to apply for assistance and in addition, they need someone who will be a “voice” for them and advocate for their recovery needs.
Our Navigators can help……
COVID-19 Rental Assistance: Our navigators provided rental assistance to over 1,600 families on behalf of Harris County
COVID-19 Vaccines: Navigators assisted clients who were experiencing challenges with gaining access to necessary COVID-19 Vaccines.
Hunger Relief: Hunger relief can be a continual need and often immediately needed following a disaster event. Navigators will help direct resources to those in need.
